Trinity Home Care Agency was founded by a dedicated caregiver and seasoned industry professional with over 13 years of hands-on experience across the full continuum of care—including hospital settings, home care, hospice, long-term care, and assisted living.
That deep, firsthand understanding of what families go through—and the emotional and physical challenges caregiving brings—is what fuels our mission every single day.
From helping clients bathe and dress, to supporting families through end-of-life transitions, to overseeing care operations and training teams, our founder’s journey has touched every level of care.
